About the Engineering Drawing paper
Engineering Drawing is a subject for engineering trades in ITI. In the CBT, DGT's July 2025 exam guidelines give it 6 questions inside the trade theory section, alongside 6 on Workshop Calculation and Science. They test conventions you can learn once: line types, scales, sheet sizes, dimensioning rules, projection and sections.
India follows first-angle projection, as recommended by the Bureau of Indian Standards in SP 46, and the answers here follow that practice. The questions were written for this page; none is copied from NIMI or a question bank.
Also practise Workshop Calculation and Science and Employability Skills. Draughtsman trainees can go on to the draughtsman interview questions.
