These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website cvcrisp.com and the resume-building service provided through it (together, the "Service"). The Service is operated by CVCrisp, a sole proprietorship based in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India ("CVCrisp", "we", "us", "our").
By accessing, browsing or using the Service, or by making a payment through it, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
CVCrisp is an online tool that lets you:
Editing, template switching, previewing and the ATS score are provided free of charge. The preview carries a visible watermark.
A one-time payment removes the watermark and unlocks downloading of the PDF and DOCX files. There is no subscription, no recurring charge and no auto-renewal. The current price is displayed on the payment screen before you pay, in your local currency where supported.
You can see exactly what you are buying before you pay. The full document is rendered on screen, with a watermark, prior to payment. Please review it carefully — this preview is the product.
On successful payment we issue a digital licence to your browser. This licence:
Clearing your browser storage, using private browsing mode, or switching to a different browser or device may remove access to the licence. If this happens, contact us with your payment reference and we will help restore it.
You must be at least 18 years old, or using the Service under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian, and legally capable of entering into a binding contract. The Service is not directed at children.
You retain full ownership of the resume content you enter or upload. You are solely responsible for its accuracy and truthfulness.
The Service may rephrase, restructure or reformat what you provide, and may suggest keywords drawn from a job description you paste in. These are suggestions only. You must review every word before using the document. Do not include qualifications, employers, dates or skills that are not genuinely yours. CVCrisp accepts no responsibility for any consequence arising from inaccurate, exaggerated or misleading information in a document you create and submit to an employer.

We may suspend or refuse access where we reasonably believe these Terms have been breached.
The Service — including its templates, layouts, scoring logic, design, text and code — is owned by CVCrisp and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Your purchase grants you a licence to use the output document containing your own content; it does not transfer ownership of the templates or the software to you.
CVCrisp does not guarantee that you will receive interviews, job offers or employment of any kind.
The ATS score shown is an automated estimate generated by our own scoring logic. It is not produced by, endorsed by, or connected to any applicant tracking system, recruiter or employer. Different systems parse documents differently, and a high score on CVCrisp does not guarantee that any specific system will read your document as intended.
Names of third-party systems, where mentioned, are used only to describe general compatibility goals. No affiliation or endorsement is implied.
We aim to keep the Service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be unavailable during maintenance, or because of failures in hosting, network or third-party providers. We may modify, suspend or discontinue features at any time.
The Service relies on third parties including a payment gateway, a hosting provider and a text processing provider. Their handling of data is described in our Privacy Policy. We are not responsible for the acts, omissions or availability of those third parties.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CVCrisp shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, including loss of employment opportunity, loss of income, loss of data or reputational harm, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.
Where liability cannot be excluded, our total aggregate liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you actually paid to CVCrisp in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, or for any liability that cannot lawfully be limited under Indian law, including rights available to you as a consumer under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
Refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The revised version takes effect when published on this page, and the "Last updated" date will change. Continued use of the Service after that date constitutes acceptance. Changes will not be applied retrospectively to a purchase already completed.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with them shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
