Employers hire against the work in front of them, so list what you have actually wired or maintained rather than relying on the trade title.
Do I need a wireman licence, and where does it go on the resume?
For many contracting and installation roles it is a legal requirement rather than a preference. If you hold one, put it on its own line near the top with the issuing state and category, not buried in the education section, because it is often the first filter applied.
How do I write experience if I have only worked with a local contractor?
