Concentrix Resume Format — Example for Process Roles
Customer experience hiring screens on three things you can state in two lines: the languages you can work in, the channels you have handled, and whether you can work the shift. Most applicants bury all three.

Concentrix runs customer experience operations in India for global clients across voice, chat and email channels, frequently on rotational shifts aligned to overseas time zones. Hiring is continuous rather than seasonal, and the assessment usually includes a live communication round very soon after the resume is read.
What a Concentrix resume should lead with
This is the single most decisive line on a customer experience resume in India. List each language with an honest level — native, fluent, conversational. Teams are staffed by language coverage, and an unlisted language is a shortlist you never appear in.
Voice, chat, email or blended are genuinely different skills hired for separately. Voice work is real-time and accent-sensitive; chat is multi-threaded; email is a writing job. Say which you have done and which you want.
Customer satisfaction score, average handling time, first-response time, resolution rate, quality audit score, tickets or calls per day. These exist on your daily dashboard and almost no support resume includes them, so they stand out immediately.
Rotational and night shifts are common because the clients are overseas. One honest line saying you are open to them removes a screening question. Do not claim it if you are not — it resurfaces at the offer stage.

Voice Process · Chat Support · Email Support · CRM Tools · Escalation Handling · Customer Satisfaction · Active Listening · Troubleshooting · Quality Compliance

- Cut average handling time from 9 minutes to 6 by rebuilding the team's saved-response library
- Handled escalations for a 10-member team and trained 5 new joiners to independent handling in 3 weeks
- Held a quality audit score above 95% across 12 consecutive monthly reviews
What to get right
- Put languages with fluency levels near the top. In Indian customer experience hiring this line decides more shortlists than anything else on the page.
- Name the channel — voice, chat, email or blended. They are different skills and roles are posted for specific ones.
- Include your service metrics. CSAT, handling time and quality score sit on your dashboard already, and a support resume without them asks the reader to take quality on faith.
- State shift flexibility honestly in one line. Overseas clients mean rotational and night shifts are normal, and volunteering it saves a screening round.
- If you have moved past handling into training, quality or escalations, say so. That is the difference between an agent and a senior hire.

Common questions
What matters most on a customer experience resume?
Languages with honest fluency levels, the channels you have worked, and your service metrics — customer satisfaction, average handling time and quality score. Those three blocks answer almost everything a screener needs before the communication round.
Do I need experience for a voice process role?
No. Freshers are hired regularly and trained on the process. Lead with your language fluency and communication ability, then add any customer-facing work including retail, front office or family business. Your spoken English is assessed directly, usually the same day.
Should I mention willingness to work night shifts?
Yes, in one line, if it is genuinely true. Clients in other time zones make rotational and night shifts routine, and stating it up front removes a screening question. Claiming it falsely only delays the problem to the offer stage.
How do I move from voice to a non-voice role?
Emphasise written work — email volumes handled, chat interactions per shift, documentation or saved responses you wrote — and make sure the resume itself is written cleanly, because it doubles as your writing sample. Keep the voice experience but let the written evidence lead.
