- Name your typology — residential, commercial, hospitality, institutional, interiors, urban design. Practices specialise and hire within their typology.
- Say which project stages you have actually handled. Concept and presentation work is valued very differently from GFC drawings and site coordination.
- List software with the role it played: Revit for BIM documentation, SketchUp and Lumion for visualisation, AutoCAD for drawings. BIM capability in particular commands a premium.
