Nurse Biodata Format for Staff Nurse Jobs in Hospitals and Government Posts

A hospital reads a nurse's biodata for three things before anything else: the nursing qualification (GNM, B.Sc Nursing, Post Basic B.Sc or ANM), the State Nursing Council registration number, and the wards you have worked in. This format puts those three at the top, under your name.

When this format is the right one

Use it for a staff nurse, ward nurse, ICU or OT nurse, ANM, nursing officer or home-care nurse post at a private hospital, a nursing home, a government hospital or a health scheme that asks for a biodata.
