The official portals

For NCVT (all-India) trades, the marksheet and certificate come from two government portals: NCVT MIS (ncvtmis.gov.in) and the Skill India Digital Hub (skillindiadigital.gov.in). Both are free. Menu names change from time to time, so look for the trainee section or your dashboard, then the marksheet or certificate option.

SCVT (state) certificates are issued by your state's council for vocational training. In Maharashtra that is under the Directorate of Vocational Education and Training (DVET). Ask your ITI office which portal issues your SCVT papers.

Details to keep ready

Your registration or roll number exactly as printed on your exam admit card, your father's or guardian's name as in the ITI records, and your date of birth. Most failed logins are a roll number typed differently from the admit card, or a name spelled differently from the records.

Steps (they can look slightly different on the day)

1. Open ncvtmis.gov.in or skillindiadigital.gov.in. 2. Go to the trainee section, or log in to your learner dashboard. 3. Enter your registration or roll number and the other details asked, with the captcha. 4. Open your profile or results, then choose the marksheet or certificate option. 5. Download or print it to PDF, and keep a copy in your email and on your phone.

Results for each exam, including supplementary exams, are published on the portals after declaration, so a fresh result may take a few days to show in the marksheet.

If the marksheet does not open, or has a mistake

If the details are rejected, check the roll number against your admit card, try the other official portal, and try again after a day around result time when the sites are busy.

If your name, father's name, date of birth or marks are wrong, do not try to edit them online yourself. Go to your ITI office with proof (10th certificate, Aadhaar) and ask them to raise the correction; corrections are made through the institute and the exam authority.
